"I enjoyed working with Debbie Cobian for two great reasons. The 1st being that I had the same property for sale a year ago. At the last minute I changed my mind about selling. Debbie accepted my reasons with no animosity. The second reason was when I finally decided to sell "for real", so I contacted Debbie. She accepted my listing and through her diligent and expertise ways she brought a buyer and me together.
